Introduction: I’ve seen ghosts — they are the past fading into our now. But I’ve also seen our now fade into the future. I’d take ghosts anytime. The links are to prose. Prompt by Margo – I chose to write of my own aparitions. Here is a poem:
Bright laughter, temples and dreams dissolve
leaving grey crumbling concrete with
shattered windows and memories.
A fleeting view of silent desolation.
No haunting host, only emptiness.
I’d rather have seen a ghost than this.
